Image Resizer For Windows Vista

Back in the Windows XP days you could download a Microsoft PowerToy called Image Resizer to shrink the file size and resolution of your pictures.  Great for emailing by the way.  Well, that utility does not work in Windows Vista.  I found another tool that is free that works the same way.  Check it out.
