The new version of nLite came out in support of Windows XP Service Pack 3.  This is an excellent tool to slipstream Service Packs, Hotfixes, drivers, etc.  Give it a shot.  I built my new XP SP3 bootable CD in about 10 minutes. http://www.nliteos.com/
